WHAT IS INVOLVED IN A FULL FTP BIKE FIT

  • Interview pre bike fit - to establish comprehensive details about you

  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

  • Full Foot Assessment and Set up 

  • Full cleat set-up, Cleat Wedges if necessary, 

  • Forefoot/heel wedges,

  • Check for Leg Length issues which maybe functional or actual.

  • Assessment on Retul Muve Bike Jig

  • Stem Sizing tool to find your perfect stem angle and length.

  • Coaching on ideal pedal-technique and cycling posture for greater performance and comfort

  • 30 Minute Road ride to make 100% sure you are happy with the adjustments made, as static and dynamic can feel slightly different.

  • Post fit report and debrief: show findings and recommendations on any new parts you may need or wish to invest in,

  • Discuss injury prevention protocols and Exercise regimes.

  • Ongoing support via email, phone, and any further adjustments can be made by arrangement

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BIKE FITTERS?

Fully Trained and qualified Soft Tissue Therapist with over 10 years experience in analysis of Cycling and Running.

I have worked with professional athletes from football, Rugby, Running and Cycling which has given me a huge range of abilities, shapes and sizes and we all share one common goal, we all love cycling.


First and foremost we focus our 1st attention to the FEET, this is the most crucial step before we even think about moving or adjusting anything else, this is the most overlooked portion of bike fits but not with us.

We really are committed to listening to you, not software, not what a book says, We want to assess you, and make the changes that you can really feel that make a difference rather than just because a computer says you are the most powerful in that position, we weigh up the 3 pillars or Aero, Power and Comfort

We Test your and your limitations and advantages to adapt your bike position to reflect where you can be and where you want to be. As some positions will be difficult at first, but with the right stretching and strengthening you can progress your position gradually and we can help you do this.


My main passion is and always will be cycling its the sense of being free and riding to keep fit, get stronger, stay healthy, So my passion and your love becomes my absolute goal of getting you out riding as comfortable, powerful and efficient as you possibly can.

DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN FITNESS LEVEL TO HAVE A BIKE FIT WITH FOOT TO PEDAL?

Absolutely not!, I see various cyclists from beginners to speed demons, everyone is welcome and everyone can benefit from being more comfortable and more powerful on the bike. Everyone has different goals, aspirations, targets, health reasons, weight loss, whatever your motivation is we are here to give you that extra push

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ON THE DAY OF MY FIT?

  • Bike, Shoes, Cycling shorts, Short sleeve jersey.

  • Any saddles, Handlebars, stems you have collected over time and want to test for suitability.

  • Towel and a change of clothes as changing rooms and showers will be available

  • Parking is free on site
