50 miles max distance from my location PE7 1TZ This Bike fit takes place in the comfort of your home, we will visit you and get your home training over the winter spot on, focussed in the right position so you come out of the colder months with maximized results What you will get: Full Body Assessments Bike fit to your Watt Bike, Peleton, Wahoo Kickr Bike, Spin Bike....Whatever you have A Report of the position so you can adjust your equipment and/or bike to your perfect position and.... We Will do the key body assessments of your knee, back, hips, and make sure you are riding within your bodies capabilities. Video you on the bike/trainer you have and adjust the bikes to suit your physical capabilities, make notes of these positions so you can adjust your equipment to your perfect position. You will also be able to transfer these positions to your normal bike at home too! We do 2 options here (70 GBP)1 hour and covers all the relevant assessments and tests and adjustments to the bike to match you. (120 GBP) 2 hours and this digs into your strengths, areas to focus on, total body assessments, range of motion, flexibility and capabilities.
