Service Description

Here we will check your physical capabilities and assess your flexibility and range of motion and match that to your bike position. We will check: Cleat placement and suitability, Stance Width for hip to foot alignment. Saddle Position in terms of Angle, Fore/Aft, Height, Stem Sizer to gain optimum Reach and Torso Angle Bar Width check and test Bar Rotation and Shifter position for wrist comfort And much more. What we will do is to check the position you are in, your body is actually capable of maintaining and managing the workload on our posture. If on the day of the fit we find that more is needed to get you into the right position in terms of bike and/or feet we can discuss during the set up and may schedule further fits once the basics have been tried and tested to keep the costs simple for you. Redial/Recheck/Re-evaluate/Re assess - The human body changes with time due to age, flexibility, fitness, strength, injuries, work , so it is really important that we make a few changes and roll with the punches as we adapt.
